Food Matters RecipesThe recipes on this page are all used by the Food Matters Cookery Team working in communities to support health and wellbeing – they are all well tried and tested. The recipes are easy to follow, using low cost ingredients that can be bought at the local corner shops, food co-ops, or supermarkets. On each recipes you’ll also find tips on budgeting, storage, swaps, additions, and serving suggestions.
