at a local grassroots level and in regional and national settings.
This experience is complemented by an active understanding

Before taking on a new project, we make sure that the best
combination of consultants is available to provide the necessary
knowledge and skills for the project. Food Matters aims to
work in a democratic and open way within an ethical framework,
which sets out how we will work, and supports decisions about
which projects we will take on.
We aim to:
- ensure that all work undertaken supports our vision of
more sustainable and equitable food systems
- maintain high levels of integrity and professionalism
in our work
- work in an open, democratic and accountable way with all
our clients and consultants
- ensure we fully understand the individual needs of our
clients, and deliver work which meets these needs
- only take on work which we have the capacity and expertise
to deliver within an acceptable timescale and to a high
standard.
