Food Matters delivers bespoke, interactive webinars on food and wellbeing. Designed and delivered by our trained nutritionists.

Offering courses online means we are able to reach out to more people in the UK and internationally, with nutrition and wellbeing knowledge that supports physical and mental health.

Food Matters delivers sessions online, specifically designed by our nutritionists and wellbeing practitioners, for the target audience.

We work with our clients to design the courses so they best suit the audience and we ensure attendees have an in-depth and interactive learning experience.  We adapt what we do to suit different learning styles and digital literacy levels, ensuring that all attendees feel they can contribute and engage.

The courses focus on food and wellbeing and previous courses include:

  • Eating well for physical and mental health.
  • The impact mental health has on what and how we eat.
  • The effects of food on our wellbeing: self-nurture, strengthening identity, self-esteem, and building and maintaining relationships.

A full list of our previous courses can be found here.

Participants noted an increase in confidence and understanding of the topic after our courses, stating they felt 81% confident.

We find that delivering sessions online means we can reach more people and if carefully designed are inclusive and engaging.   We have delivered groups sessions to clients such as CarersUK who have employees spread out around the country.

Food Matters delivered a brilliant session for us at our all-day health and wellbeing event for carers on the topic of food for physical activity.  It was such an informative and engaging session, covering so much and including a clear and easy to follow recipe demonstration.  The way they involved and interacted with the attendees throughout the session was great and we were thrilled that attendees had noted a substantial positive shift in their confidence and understanding about food for fuel by the end of the session.”  ~ Carers UK
