What is Sow Cook Thrive?

Weekly nutrition, growing and cookery workshops held over a 6-week period at beautiful allotment site near Brighton, run by a registered nutritionist. In these sessions we weave in nutrition tips for wellbeing with food growing, cooking, and other outdoor activities.

Why Sow Cook Thrive?

Spending time in nature can be a powerful way to increase wellbeing, lower stress, and boost mood and confidence. But many young people face financial, physical, or mental barriers to spending time outside. These sessions are designed to be accessible, free-to-attend, and trauma-informed, to support young people in spending time outside.
